Xen glaucoma stents

Recovery from advanced glaucoma filtration changed dramatically with the Xen implant. A brief procedure using small incisions to place the Xen inside the eye and allow filtration outside the globe of the eye to lower eye pressure for day and night control of glaucoma.

Hydrus glaucoma implant

Reducing need for medications and sparing a large percentage of patients from further glaucoma surgery, the Hydrus implant during cataract surgery has allowed another level of glaucoma care not attainable with smaller micro-invasive glaucoma implants.

iStent and ECP

One of the first micro-invasive glaucoma implants, the iStent bypasses the drainage canal resistance to flow and improves eye pressure reduction. IStent and endocylophotocoagulation (ECP) combine an elegant strategy to lower inflow and increase outflow … together … to lower eye pressure.

SLT Laser

Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty

Often a first procedure for glaucoma patients needing lower intraocular pressure (IOP) the SLT laser has many advantages worth considering when discussing your care with your ophthalmologist.
